My name is Britt Wright I am the head scout for Wright's Basketball Scouting and Evaluating  Services. I reside in San Jose, California with my wife.  As a scout, I am always keeping a watchful eye on young  basketball talent coming out of the state of California. With decades of in-depth knowledge and experience I have developed a keen sense of evaluating talented basketball prospects with potential for college-level basketball at the next level - exactly where they want to be.

I am a certified personal trainer with 30+ years of experience coaching and training youth basketball players. Middle school, high school, and collegiate (recreation, NJB, AAU, etc.). I provide personalized One-on-One basketball skill development training to any young player. I identify the areas which need improvement, and I develop  ways to improve and  advance areas that are already strong.

 

In my years of high school basketball scouting, and evaluating in California, I have observed that there is a significant difference between a player who can fit in well with a team and a player who not only fits in well but helps advance the team as a unit. My work is about finding young exceptional basketball players, helping them define their skill-set, and assisting them to reach the next level of their basketball career, whether it's high school or collegiate.
