2025 Nor Cal Tip Off Classic results

The 18th Annual Nor Cal Tip Off Classic. The unofficial start of the boys high school basketball season in Northern California. It was a great day of basketball for college coaches, media and hoops fans. 9 games, the first game started at 8AM.

Here are the results, Player of the game for Saturday's opening tip off of the season in NorCal.


Game 1: The King's Academy 63, Branson 59: The Player of the Game: 6'4 Sophomore guard, NorCal's top ranked prospect in the class of 2028 Boss Mhoon scored 14 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, was 7/10 FG.


Nj Gray NorCal's top ranked prospect in the class of 2027 scored 17 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists to lead Branson


Game 2: Bellarmine College Prep 63, Lincoln, Stockton 55: The Player of the Game: Will Corbett 6'3 guard who has committed to Chico St, scored 28 points, hauled in 8 rebounds, dished out 3 assists.


Jagger Merolla 6'4 2026 guard scored 18 points, had 7 rebounds, with 4 assists


Game 3: Modesto Christian 53, Dublin 44: The Player of the Game: Somto Patrick 6'8 Center for Modesto Christian, class of 2029 played FIBA U16 Bahrain recorded a double, double 12 points, 13 rebounds.


The Dublin Gaels had 2 players score 12 points: Aiden Li 6'1 2026 guard, and Odin Chadiha 6''3 2027 guard.



Game 4: Folsom 69, Cornerstone Christian 55: The Player of the Game: Joven Dulay 6'6 2026 Wing committed to Idaho State recorded a double, double, 17 points, 12 rebounds, 3 blocks.


Cornerstone Christian top player: James Perry Jr, a 6'7 rising prospect in the 2027 class. 25 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks.


Game 5: St. Ignatius 58, Clayton Valley 56: The Player of the Game: Anthony D'Aquisto 6'3 2027 SG scored 18 points, 7/8 FG, 4/4 3PT


Clayton Valley top players were: 6'3 2026 guard Vince Ellis 19 points, while rising 2027 guard, 6'5 Zion Grissom chipped in with 18 points.


Game 6: Sunnyslope Vikings from Arizona 66, Amador Valley 53: The Player of the Game: Rider Portela 6'6 2026 Wing, committed to Colorado


Amador Valley top players were: Caden Krueger class of 2026 6'2 guard, committed to San Jose State, 12 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, Jaylen Smith 6'2 rising 2027 guard, scored 16 points


Game 7: Vanden 67, Moreau Catholic 60: The Player of the Game: Nate Hibbert 6'6 2026 Forward dropped 6-3 pointers


Moreau Catholic top players were: Isaiah Clendinen 6'0 2027 guard, 23 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, Freshman Isaiah Dotson 6'4 Guard had a good weekend of basketball gave his team a lift off the bench scored 19 points.


Game 8: Destiny Christian pulled a mild upset with a 68-60 win over San Gabriel Academy from SoCal: The Player of the Game: Cameron Walls 6'3 rising prospect in the class of 2028, scored 15 points, 3 rebounds


San Gabriel Academy standout was 6'0 shooting guard, Freshman Zach Arnold who scored 16 points


Game 9: Archbishop Riordan 82, La Mirada from SoCal 69: The Player of the Game: Andrew Hilman, 6'4 guard committed to University of San Francisco. He was the events high scorer with 30 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 blocks, 2 steals


La Mirada top player: 6'5 2027 guard Gene Roebuck 26 points, 4 rebounds.
