Crush In The Valley

The 8th Annual Crush in the Valley Basketball Showcase was held at Contra Costa College in San Pablo, CA. It was a mixture of high level basketball featuring Prep Schools from the Grind Session, NorCal, SoCal and the Central Valley.

Prolific Prep of Napa Christian was NorCal's main attraction on the prep side, going up against Dream City Christian, AZ in the Grind Session contest, while traditional NorCal power Salesian College Prep took on SoCal State Champs Corona, Centennial featuring Duke commit, and McDonald All-American Jared McCain, and UCLA commit 6'10 Devin Williams.

It was a great day of basketball Saturday in Northern California.

Dream City Christian from Arizona defeated Prolific Prep of Napa Christian 90-87 in a highly entertaining game featuring some of the best player in high school basketball:

Aden Holloway a 6'1 PG recently selected for the 2023 McDonald's All American Game was the games leading scorer with 32 points, 3 assts, and 9 Rebs. 2025 Alejandro Aviles 6'9 Forward led the way for Dream City Christian with 24 pts, 7 Rebs.
